Deep Mixing Method "CI-CMC Method / CI-CMC-HA Method"

Improved mixing efficiency and the creation of large-diameter improved bodies with extremely small variations! Introduction to deep mixing treatment methods.

The "CI-CMC Method / CI-CMC-HA Method" is a deep mixing treatment method that creates large-diameter, high-quality improved bodies through the development of an "ejector discharge" mechanism that uses air to spray slurry in a mist form. It significantly reduces surrounding displacement, making it possible to construct near urban areas and existing structures. It enables high-quality mass construction and achieves cost reduction. 【Features】 ■ High-quality large-diameter piles ■ Excellent penetration capability ■ Low displacement method ■ Enables construction on hard ground【HA】 ■ Further cost reduction and shortened construction period【HA】 ■ Stabilization of improved body strength【HA】 ■ Introduction of a new construction management system "Visios-3D" ■ January 2017, Construction Technology Review Certificate No. 2804 from the Advanced Construction Technology Center (CI-CMC Method) ■ NETIS Registration No. QS-160049-VE, Recommended Technology for FY 2020 (CI-CMC-HA Method) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Deep Layer Mixed Treatment Method "CI-CMC-HG Method"

Adoption of high-torque inverter motors! Capable of adapting to ultra-hard ground with an N value exceeding 50.

The "CI-CMC-HG method" is a deep mixing treatment method for large-diameter, low-displacement applications. To further enhance penetration capability, it employs a super-hard auger equipped with a high-torque inverter motor that has approximately twice the torque of the CI-CMC method auger. This allows for application to super-hard ground such as gravelly soils with an N value exceeding 50. Additionally, it is possible to use a tip discharge mechanism that injects air and slurry from the tip of the mixing shaft as a penetration aid, making it adaptable to a wide range of hard ground. 【Features】 ■ Improved penetration capability due to the hard auger ■ Enhanced penetration capability through the tip discharge mechanism ■ Realization of optimal construction cycles ■ Reduction of mechanical load on underground obstacles ■ NETIS registration number QS-200009-A *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
